چکیده | ||
در مدیریت کنترل موجودی، بخشی از تقاضای برخی از اقلام قابلیت جایگزینی با اقلام دیگر را دارد. بدین ترتیب در دوره مواجهه با کمبود، میتوان برای تأمین بخشی از تقاضا از کالای جایگزین استفاده کرده و هزینههای مواجهه با کمبود را کاهش داد. در این مقاله دو کالای قابل جایگزین در نظر گرفتهشده که بخشی از انباشته خرید آنها معیوب بوده که پس از بازرسی اقلام معیوب معدوم میشود. دو کالا دارای سیکل سفارش مشترک بوده و در هنگام مواجهه با کمبود بخشی از تقاضا با کالای دیگر جایگزین میشود و بخش دیگر نیز از دست میرود. مدلسازی مسئله بهصورت تحلیلی انجامشده و برای برخی از حالات خاص مدل فرمول تحلیلی متغیرهای تصمیم مدل بر اساس پارامترها بهدستآمده است. الگوریتم حل مسئله در حالت کلی تشریح شده و سپس با ارائه یک مثال عددی تحلیل حساسیت مدل انجام شده است. بر اساس نتایج بهدستآمده در صورت افزایش هزینههای جایگزینی یا کاهش هزینههای نگهداری و یا کاهش درصد جایگزینی، نسبتی از زمان که موجودی کالا دچار کمبود شده کاهش مییابد. همچنین اگرچه کاهش هزینه جایگزینی منجر به کاهش هزینه کل سیستم میشود اما در خصوص درصد جایگزینی، با تغییر درصد جایگزینی در بازههای مختلف هزینه کل میتواند افزایش یا کاهش یابد. | ||
