چکیده
به منظور دستیابی به مزیت رقابتی در بازار جهانی امروز، زنجیره­های تامین نقش مهمی در صنایع  مختلف ایفا می­کنند.  درک بلوغ و  ویژگی­های آن می­تواند منجر به دستیابی به سطوح بالاتر عملکرد برای شرکت­های فعال در زنجیره‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌تأمین گردد. برای اندازه­گیری و ارزیابی زنجیره­های تامین، طیف گسترده­ای از مدل­های بلوغ ارائه شده­اند که با  تجزیه و تحلیل وضعیت موجود در زنجیره، ارزیابی آن و ارائه راهنمایی در توسعه نقشه راه بهبود، امکان دست­یابی به سطوح بالاتر بلوغ را فراهم می­کنند. هدف از این پژوهش تحلیلی جامع بر مدل­های بلوغ زنجیره‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌تأمین از سال 1989 تا 2023 می­باشد. برای دستیابی به این هدف از رویکرد کیفی فراترکیب استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می­دهد که  عمده­ی ­مدل­های بلوغ در ابعاد زنجیره‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌تأمین، مدیریت زنجیره‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌تأمین، زنجیره‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌تأمین یکپارچه، زنجیره‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌تأمین تقاضا محور و زنجیره‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌تأمین همکارانه مطرح شده­اند. همچنین سطوح بلوغ آن­ها به صورت گسترده شامل: بدون ساختار، اولیه، تعریف شده، مدیریت شده، یکپارچه و توسعه یافته می­باشد. عمده­ی حوزه­هایی که مدل­های بلوغ زنجیره‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌تأمین بر آن­ها متمرکز هستند شامل: استراتژی، منبع­یابی  برنامه­ریزی، ساخت، تحویل، لجستیک، جریان اطلاعات، جریان مواد، سامانه هایارزیابی عملکرد، مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری، کارکنان، فرایندهای زنجیره‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌تأمین، ساختار سازمانی، هماهنگی در زنجیره‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌تأمین، پشتیبانی مدیریت، توانمندسازی، انعطاف­پذیری در زنجیره، ارتباطات، تولید و عملیات، فرهنگ، پایداری، نوآوری و مخاطره می­ باشد. در این پژوهش تلاش شده است  با رویکرد جدیدی از  آنتروپی تحت عنوان آنتروپی  فازی فیثاغورثی  و با نظرسنجی از 12 خبره که با روش گلوله برفی انتخاب شده­اند، حوزه­های مختلف زنجیره‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌تأمین اولویت­بندی شوند.

In order to achieve a competitive advantage in today’s global market, supply chains play a crucial role in various industries. Understanding maturity and its characteristics can lead to higher levels of performance for companies active in the supply chain. To measure and evaluate supply chains, a wide range of maturity models have been presented. By analyzing the current situation in the chain, evaluating it, and providing guidance in developing an improvement roadmap, it is possible to achieve higher levels of maturity. The purpose of this research is to provide a comprehensive analysis of supply chain maturity models from 1989 to 2023. To achieve this goal, a qualitative meta-synthesis approach has been used. The results of the     research show that most maturity models have been proposed in terms of supply chain, supply chain     management, integrated supply chain, demand-oriented supply chain, and cooperative supply chain. Their maturity levels include: unstructured, basic, defined, managed, integrated, and developed. The main areas that supply chain maturity models focus on include strategy, planning, sourcing, manufacturing, delivery, logistics, information flow, material flow, performance evaluation systems, and relationship management with customers, employees, supply chain processes, organizational structure, coordination in the supply chain, management support, empowerment, flexibility in the chain, communication, production and        operations, culture, sustainability, innovation, and risk. In this research, an attempt has been made to     prioritize different areas of the supply chain using a new approach, Pythagorean fuzzy entropy, by           surveying 12 experts who were selected using the snowball method.
