چکیده | ||

چکیده [English] | ||
One of the most important income-generating industries in the world today is the tourism industry. This industry can be used as one of the main and basic solutions to solve the problems of unemployment and economic stagnation. On the other hand, the intense global competition in the tourism industry has forced those involved in this industry to focus on the supply chains of this industry instead of emphasizing on separate companies. Based on this, the present research was conducted with the aim of identifying and prioritizing the drivers of agile supply chain in the tourism industry in Qeshm Island. In this regard, 21 drivers were identified in 6 market categories, speed, information technology, social factors, flexibility and competency, using the subject literature and Delphi technique. In the second step, using Dimetal's technique, the engines were prioritized. The statistical population of the research includes the experts of this industry in Qeshm Island, in the first stage, 17 experts were collected for the Delphi panel, and in the second stage, 28 questionnaires were collected using the snowball method. The results of the prioritization of drivers indicate that the drivers of information infrastructure, information integration system and financial resources have obtained the first to third priorities.
