| Abstract | ||
| Psychological contracts are formed in people's minds and people's satisfaction or lack of satisfaction with them is crystallized in their behavior and attitude and leads to behavior and actions that create value for the organization, so explaining the consequences of these behaviors in the organization becomes more important. In this article, the consequences of psychological contracts in military organizations are analyzed. The qualitative research method is thematic analysis and purposeful sampling of homogeneous type. 20 commanders and managers in military organizations "Army, Corps, Faraja and Ministry of Defense" were selected as key informants and during semi-structured in-depth interviews, they expressed their opinions and experiences about the consequences of psychological contracts in military organizations. In the data analysis, the theme analysis method was used, and to determine the validity of the findings, the criteria of credibility, reliability and compliance with objectivity and auditing by the referee were used. The findings of the research were categorized in the form of 2 overarching themes, which is the result of information extraction in 204 basic themes and 19 organizing themes. The themes of the organizer are strengthening:"spirit and spirituality of the forces","work relations","growth and excellence of the forces","observance of ethical and professional principles in the forces","commitment and loyalty","satisfaction","improvement of the working environment". , "Improving organizational performance","Adhering to ethical and professional principles of commanders", "Organizational education and training","Creating organizational commitment","Achievement of goals", "Organizational growth and excellence","Organizational credit"and violation:"Malfunction of troops" ", "job dissatisfaction","reduction of growth and genius","failure to achieve goals" and"creating a negative work environment". | ||
