| چکیده | ||
| هدف: امروزه در سازمان ها با توجه به شرایط محیطی پیچیده VUCA، نقشه راه یه عنوان یک ابزار مهم برای مدیریت این شرایط در آینده و دستیابی به موفقیت شناخته شده است. هدف این تحقیق ارائه چهارچوب یکپارچه سازی نقشه راه های فناوری و راهبردی با رویکرد آینده پژوهانه می باشد. روش: برای این منظور با ترکیب و رویکرد آمیخته از تفکر انتقادی و تفسیر گرایی در قالب نگاه عمکلگرایی اقدام گردیده و از روش های تحلیل محتوا، فراترکیب، روش ساختاری-تفسیریISM با استفاده از مصاحبه با خبرگان، تشکیل گروه کانونی و پرسشنامه های چندگانه بهره گیری شده است. یافته ها: بر اساس تحلیل محتواهای صورت گرفته ویژگی های هر یک از موضوعات موثر بر تحقیق شامل نقشه راه راهبردی، نقشه راه فناوری، نقشه راه یکپارچه، نقشه راه های BIM مورد مطالعه و شناسایی و مضمون بندی قرار گرفته و با ترکیب این مفاهیم، چهارچوب یکپارچه تولید الگوی مفهوم استخراج گردیده و بر اساس آن الگوی مفهومی پیشنهاد گردیده و با نظر خبرگان اصلاح و تأیید گردیده است، در الگوی نهایی شده ابعاد اصلی شامل شش لایه نگاشت پیشران های موثر بر صنعت ساختمان، آینده نگاری صنعت ساختمان، نقشه راه راهبردی اکو سیستم صنعت ساختمان، آینده نگاری سازمانی مهندسی در حوزه BIM، نقشه راه راهبردی سازمانی مهندسی در حوزه BIM (ساخت درون)، نقشه راه عملیاتی BIM مدیریت محیطی و شایستگی ها به صورت یکپارچه طرح گردیده است که مولفه های 27 گانه در لایه ها تعریف گردیده است. | ||

| Objective: Nowadays, in organizations, due to the complex VUCA environmental conditions, the road map is known as an important tool for managing these conditions in the future and achieving success. The purpose of this research is to provide a framework for the integration of technological and strategic roadmaps with a future-oriented approach. Method: For this purpose, a combination of critical thinking and interpretive approach was used in the form of holistic approach, and the methods of content analysis, meta composition, ISM structural-interpretive method using interviews with experts, formation of focus groups and multiple questionnaires were used. has been taken Findings: Based on the content analysis, the characteristics of each of the topics affecting the research including strategic roadmap, technology roadmap, integrated roadmap, BIM roadmaps were studied and identified and themed, and by combining these concepts, An integrated framework for the production of the concept model has been extracted and based on that, a conceptual model has been proposed and modified and approved by the opinion of experts.In the finalized model, the main dimensions include six layers of mapping drivers affecting the construction industry, construction industry foresight, construction industry ecosystem strategic roadmap, engineering organizational foresight in the field of BIM, engineering organizational strategic road map in the field of BIM (built-in) , the BIM operational roadmap for environmental management and competencies has been designed in an integrated manner, with 27 components defined in layers. | ||
