| چکیده | ||
| زمینه و هدف: امروزه ارتکاب جرائم در جهان در مرحله گذار از روش‌های سنّتی به سمت روش‌های نوین می‌باشد. با توجه به اینکه استفاده کاربرد پهپاد در ارتکاب جرائم امنیتی نمود پیدا کرده است، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش پهپادها در ارتکاب جرائم علیه امنیت داخل اجرا شد. روش‌شناسی: این مطالعه از نظر هدف کاربردی، از لحاظ روش ترکیبی (آمیخته) و از لحاظ گرد‌آوری آمار و اطلاعات به صورت میدانی و از طریق مصاحبه و ابزار پرسشنامه اجرا شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان در بخش کیفی پژوهش شامل 15 نفر از خبرگان و مدیران سطوح راهبردیِ فراجا، فرماندهی مرزبانی، سپاه پاسداران و سایر دستگاههای امنیتیِ فعال در حوزههای هوائی بوده که با رعایت اصل اشباع نظری در پژوهش مشارکت نمودند. جامعة آماری بخش کمّی نیز کارشناسان سازمان‌های مربوطه و به تعداد 40 نفر بوده که به صورت تمام شمار به عضویت اعضای نمونه آماری تحقیق انتخاب شدند. جهت تحلیل داده‌های کیفی از نرم‌افزار MAXQDA و برای تحلیل داده‌های حاصل از بخش کمی از نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: بیانگر این بود که در فرایند تبیین نقش پهپادها در ارتکاب جرائم علیه امنیت داخل؛ می‌توان تعداد 3 مضمون فراگیر، 8 مضمون سازمان دهنده و 52 مضمون پایه‌ای مد نظر داشت. نتایج: نشان داد پهپادها می‌توانند از طریق 1- جاسوسی، 2- بمب گذاری و تخریب و 3- اخلال در نظم و امنیت عمومی، در ارتکاب علیه امنیت داخل نقش بسزایی داشته باشند... | ||

| Background and purpose: Today, committing crimes in the world is in the transition stage from traditional methods to new methods. Due to the fact that the use of drones has been used in committing security crimes, the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the role of drones in committing crimes against internal security. Methodology: This study was conducted in terms of practical purpose, in terms of a mixed method and in terms of collecting statistics and information in the field and through interviews and questionnaire tools. The participants in the qualitative part of the research included 15 experts and managers of the strategic levels of Faraja, Border Guard Command, Guards Corps and other security agencies active in the air fields, who participated in the research by observing the principle of theoretical saturation. The statistical community of the quantitative sector is also the experts of the relevant organizations and there are 40 people who were selected as members of the statistical sample of the research. MAXQDA software was used to analyze the qualitative data and SPSS software was used to analyze the data obtained from the quantitative part. Findings: It showed that in the process of explaining the role of drones in committing crimes against internal security; There are 3 inclusive themes, 8 organizing themes and 52 basic themes.
