| قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی توسط خبرگان و منتخبین مردم در جمهوری اسلامی ایران برگرفته از آرای مجتهدین و عالمان دینی و علمی و سیاسی بزرگ وقت کشور و بر اساس اصول اساسی و مبانی اسلامی نگارش و تدوین شده است که مهم ترین نقشه راه و سند بالادستی کشور در جهت پیشرفت و رسیدن به آرمان های اصیل جمهوری اسلامی می باشد و مردم توقع دارند تا حقوق مطروحه در آن محقق گردد. از این رو نیاز است تا الگوی حکمرانی قانون اساسی در عرصه های مختلف از جمله اقتصاد احصا گردد تا علاوه بر استیفای حقوق اقتصادی مردم، نقشه راه حرکت اقتصادی کشور تبیین گردد. در این پژوهش به صورت کیفی و از طریق مطالعه اسنادی، مدل مفهومی الگوی پیشنهادی حکمرانی اقتصادی جمهوری اسلامی ایران مبتنی بر اصل 43 قانون اساسی و نگارش آن منطبق بر اصول اسلامی و ضد لیبرالیستی و ضد کمونیستی بودن این اصل، با استفاده از روش داده بنیاد استخراج گردیده است که پیامد آن را می توان «دستیابی به اقتصاد سالم، پاک و الگو»، «حکمرانی منطبق با اصول اسلامی»، «خودکفایی و استقلال اقتصادی» و «فقرزدایی» در اقتصاد کشور دانست. | ||

| The Constitution of the Islamic Republic was written and compiled by the experts and elected people in the Islamic Republic of Iran, based on the opinions of the great mujtahids and religious, scientific and political scholars of the country and based on the basic principles and foundations of Islam, which is the most important road map and high-level document of the country in It is for progress and reaching the original ideals of the Islamic Republic, and people expect the rights presented in it to be realized. Therefore, it is necessary to calculate the governance model of the constitution in various fields, including the economy, in order to explain the economic movement of the country in addition to fulfilling the economic rights of the people. In this research, qualitatively and through document study, the conceptual model of the proposed economic governance model of the Islamic Republic of Iran based on Article 43 of the Constitution and its writing in accordance with Islamic principles and anti-liberalism and anti-communism of this principle, using the foundation's data method It has been extracted that its consequences can be considered as "achieving a healthy, clean and exemplary economy", "governance in accordance with Islamic principles", "self-sufficiency and economic independence" and "poverty alleviation" in the country's economy. | ||
