| هدف پژوهش حاضر اثربخشی آموزش بسته شناختی رفتاری بر عزت نفس، اضطراب، اهمال کاری تحصیلی دانشآموزان دختر آسیب دیده از طلاق در خانواده های نظامی بود. روش پژوهش نیمه تجربی با طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری با گروه گواه و جامعه آماری شامل دانش آموزان دختر شاغل به تحصیل در مدارس متوسطه اول ساکن شهر کلاله آسیب دیده از طلاق که به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند 33 نفر انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه (15نفر در گروه آزمایش و 15 نفر در گروه کنترل) تقسیم شدند. بسته آموزشی شناختی-رفتاری محقق ساخته برای گروه آزمایش در 12 جلسه 90 دقیقهای اجراء شد. ابزارهای گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه عزت نفس روزنبرگ (1965)، پرسشنامه اضطراب بک و همکاران (1988)، پرسشنامه اهمال کاری تحصیلی تاکمن (2001) بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها تحلیل کواریانس با اندازه گیریهای مکرر استفاده شد. در متغیرهای عزت نفس، اضطراب و اهمال کاری تحصیلی، اثر اصلی زمان و اثر متقابل زمان و گروه به لحاظ آماری معنادار بود. براساس اندازه اثر، در متغیر عزت نفس 42 درصد، اضطراب 44 درصد و اهمال کاری تحصیلی 28 درصد از نمرات ناشی از اثربخشی بسته آموزشی شناختی رفتاری بر گروه آزمایش بود. | ||

| The aim of the present study was the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral training on self-esteem, anxiety, academic procrastination of female students affected by divorce in military families. Semi-experimental research method with a pre-test, post-test and follow-up design with a control group and a statistical population including working female students studying in first secondary schools living in the city of Kalaleh affected by divorce. The experimental and control groups (15 people in the experimental group and 15 people in the control group) were divided. The cognitive-behavioral training package developed by the researcher was implemented for the experimental group in 12 sessions of 90 minutes. Data collection tools included Rosenberg's self-esteem questionnaire (1965), Beck et al.'s anxiety questionnaire (1988), Tuckman's academic procrastination questionnaire (2001). Data analysis Analysis of covariance with repeated measures was used. In the variables of self-esteem, anxiety and academic procrastination, the main effect of time and the interaction effect of time and group were statistically significant. Based on the effect size, in the self-esteem variable, 42%, anxiety 44% and academic procrastination 28% of the scores were due to the effectiveness of the cognitive-behavioral training package on the experimental group | ||
