| چکیده | ||
| این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و تبیین ابعاد و مؤلفههای الگوی دولت اسلامی ایران معاصر در سیره شهید آیتالله سید ابراهیم رئیسی از منظر امام خامنهای (مدظلهالعالی) انجام شده است. این مطالعه به شیوه کیفی و با رویکرد اکتشافی صورت گرفت و دادههای آن شامل مجموعه بیانات و احکام رهبر معظم انقلاب پیرامون شخصیت و سیره مدیریتی شهید رئیسی در دوران پیش و پس از شهادت وی بود. دادهها از طریق مطالعه اسنادی و فیشبرداری گردآوری و با روش تحلیل مضمون و نرمافزار مکس کیودا تحلیل شدند. برای غنای نتایج، از رویکرد تطبیقی نیز بهره گرفته شد و سیره مدیریتی شهید رئیسی با مؤلفههای مکتب شهید حاج قاسم سلیمانی تطبیق داده شد. نتایج نشان داد که از بیانات رهبر معظم انقلاب درباره شهید رئیسی، ۱۲۱ مضمون پایه، ۱۳ مضمون سازماندهنده و سه مضمون فراگیر استخراج شد که عبارتاند از: بعد قلبی: مخلص، بزرگ و بزرگوار، مؤمن؛ بعد فکری: عالم، خردمند؛ بعد عملی: خادم ملت، مردمی، جامعیت، مدیر کارآمد، سیاست خارجی فعال و هوشمندانه، جهادی و انقلابی، خستگیناپذیر، احیای امید و اطمینان . همچنین ۴۱ مضمون پایه از سیره مدیریتی شهید رئیسی با مؤلفههای مکتب شهید سلیمانی مطابقت داشت که بیانگر پیوستگی دو مکتب در تحقق دولت اسلامی مبتنی بر ایمان، اخلاص، جهاد و خدمتمحوری است. بر پایه این تحلیل، پژوهش حاضر الگوی نوآورانهای تحت عنوان «الگوی دوگانه جهاد و خدمت» را برای تبیین سیره مدیریتی شهید رئیسی در چارچوب دولت اسلامی ایران معاصر پیشنهاد میکند. | ||

| This study was conducted with the aim of identifying and explaining the dimensions and components of the model of the contemporary Islamic State of Iran in the life and conduct of Martyr Ayatollah Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi, based on the perspective of Imam Khamenei (may his shadow be extended). The research employed a qualitative and exploratory approach, drawing upon a corpus of speeches and decrees of the Supreme Leader concerning the personality and managerial conduct of Martyr Raisi, both before and after his martyrdom. Data were collected through documentary analysis and note-taking, and analyzed using the thematic analysis method with the assistance of MAXQDA software. To enrich the findings, a comparative approach was also applied, examining Raisi’s managerial conduct alongside the components of Martyr Qasem Soleimani’s school of thought. The analysis of the Leader’s statements about Martyr Raisi yielded 121 basic themes, 13 organizing themes, and 3 overarching themes, categorized as follows: Spiritual Dimension: sincerity, greatness and magnanimity, faith; Intellectual Dimension: knowledge, wisdom; Practical Dimension: serving the people, being popular, comprehensiveness, managerial efficiency, active and intelligent foreign policy, jihadi and revolutionary spirit, perseverance, and revitalization of hope and confidence. Furthermore, 41 basic themes in Raisi’s managerial conduct aligned with the components of Martyr Soleimani’s school, indicating a continuity between the two paradigms in realizing the Islamic State founded upon faith, sincerity, jihad, and service orientation. Based on this analysis, the study proposes an innovative framework entitled “The Dual Model of Jihad and Service” as a conceptual basis for interpreting Martyr Raisi’s managerial approach within the context of the contemporary Islamic State of Iran. | ||
