| چکیده [English] | ||
| As a complex system, the supply chain requires dynamic capabilities to deal with environmental uncertainty and extensive internal relationships, which makes the analysis of supply chain relationships essential. The present article aims to determine the impact of dynamic capability of upstream oil and gas supply chains on competitive advantage mediated by the ability to continuously improve and adapt. This research is practical based on the goal and in terms of method, it is a quantitative of causal type with a survey strategy that used a questionnaire to collect data and measure the variables of the model. For the initial questionnaire, validity (face and content) and reliability (Cronbach's alpha) were calculated; its validity and reliability were confirmed. 409 questionnaires were completed by managers of companies operating in the upstream oil and gas industry who were randomly selected through cluster sampling. Using K-Means methods and covariance-based structural equation modeling, the research model was evaluated and the hypotheses were tested. The results showed that dynamic supply chain capability has a strong and positive impact on competitive advantage through ambidexterity and continuous improvement capability. Therefore, the mentioned variables are a partial mediator between the dynamic capability of the supply chain and competitive advantage. From this point of view, resources and capabilities are absolutely vital for gaining a competitive advantage. However, it is not enough to just have dynamic capabilities; it is essential to have capabilities that are better than any potential competitor. | ||
