| چکیده | ||
| هدف: تحقق اهداف انقلاب اسلامی در راستای رشد و پیشرفت مطلوب در بستر عدالت و معنویت که رفاه عمومی و اخلاق اسلامی را به ارمغان آورد منوط به استقرار الگوی مدیریتی فوق هوشمند و تحلیل گری زیرک و زبر دست و پیش بین خلاقی است که امروز در ایران توسط آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای پیاده شده است و تمامی معادلات ویرانگر چالشی فرموله و مهندسی شده علیه ایران و بسیاری از کشورهای جهان را کنترل و خنثی می‌کند. بنایراین هدف پژوهش حاضر، طراحی الگوی هوش فوق راهبردی مدیریتی آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای در کنترل چالشهای بین المللی است. روش‌شناسی پژوهش: مطالعه حاضر براساس هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت از پژوهش‌های کیفی است. جامعه‌ی اطلاعات، مقالات و پژوهش‌های انجام شده است که با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند در خصوص موضوع مطالعه حاضر شناسایی شدند. عدم وجود الگوی فوق هوشمند مدیریت در فاز بین الملل که راهنما و هدایت گر سیستم های مدیریت عالی کشور باشد به عنوان خلا نظری در شرایط موجود شناسایی شد. لذا برای رفع این خلا و فقدان نظری کاملاً ملموس، پژوهش حاضر، از تحلیل فراترکیبِ تفسیری-کیفی پژوهش‌های انجام‌شده که یکی از انواع روش های فرامطالعه تمرکز کرد. یافته‌ها: پس از جستجوی اولیه و پایش منابع و پژوهش‌های مرتبط با موضوع، تعداد 41 مقاله شناسایی و مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. در پژوهش حاضر بعد از پایش و بررسی مجدد کدهای اولیه، 61 کد، 23 مقوله و 10 بعد شناسایی شد. نتیجه‌گیری: الگوی طراحی شده با روش اظهار نظرخواهی از صاحب نظران اعتبار سنجی شد. انتظار می‌رود الگوی استحصا شده در زمینه مدیریت بخصوص در فاز بین‌المللی، راهگشای مدیران در جوامع اسلامی باشد. | ||

| Purpose: Realizing the goals of the Islamic Revolution in line with the desired growth and progress In the context of justice and spirituality that brought public welfare and Islamic ethics It depends on the establishment of a super-smart management model and clever analysis and creative foresight which was implemented in Iran today by Ayatollah Khamenei And it controls and neutralizes all the destructive equations formulated and engineered against Iran and many countries of the world. Therefore, the aim of the current research is to design the model of Ayatollah Khamenei's super-strategic managerial intelligence in controlling international challenges. Research Methodology:The current study is based on the purpose, applied and qualitative in nature .Information society, articles and researches have been done which were identified with the purposeful sampling method regarding the subject of the present study.There is no super-intelligent model of management in the international phase that guides and directs the high management systems of the country It was identified as a theoretical gap in the existing conditions. Therefore, to solve this gap and the lack of a completely concrete theory, the present research From the interpretative-qualitative meta-analysis of the conducted researches which focused on one of the types of meta-study methods. Findings: After the initial search and monitoring of sources and research related to the subject 41, articles were identified and analyzed. In the present study, after monitoring and re-examining the initial codes, 61 codes, 23 categories and 10 dimensions were identified. Conclusion: The designed model was validated by the method of soliciting opinions from experts. It is expected that the learned model in the field of management, especially in the international phase, will open the way for managers in Islamic societies. | ||
