| چکیده [English] | ||
| Nowadays, considering the role of supply chain in business process, monitoring professional behavior in supply chain has become very important. The purpose of the present study is to model monitoring professional behavior in supply chain using blockchain. The research method in this study was mixed (qualitative and quantitative) and fundamental and exploratory. The statistical population in the qualitative section included professors and experts in the field of supply chain in Tehran, and considering theoretical saturation, 20 people were selected as a sample. The statistical population in the quantitative section included managers, vice presidents and senior employees in the field of supply chain in private and public companies in Tehran, and 100 people were selected as a statistical sample by non-probability and convenience method. In the qualitative section, semi-structured interview tool was used and qualitative data analysis was performed using grounded theory method. Qualitative data were categorized into 6 grounded theory networks including the central phenomenon (main or core category), causal conditions, background conditions, intervening conditions, strategies, and consequences. In the quantitative part, a questionnaire was designed from the results of the qualitative part and data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling with the partial least squares (PLS) approach and Smart PLS software. Based on the qualitative findings, the components of the model for monitoring professional behavior in the supply chain using blockchain included 11 main components, 24 subcomponents, and 86 indicators. Thus, the central phenomenon included 1 main component of monitoring the implementation of the code of professional conduct in the supply chain by an intelligent system based on blockchain, causal conditions included 2 main components of organizational factors and behavioral factors, background conditions included 2 main components of technological infrastructure and attention to ethical values, intervening conditions included 2 main components of internal factors and external factors, strategies included 2 main components of human resource mobilization and planning and monitoring, and consequences included 2 main components of micro-consequences and macro-consequences. Also, based on quantitative findings, causal conditions with a path coefficient of 0.316 on the pivotal phenomenon; pivotal phenomenon and background conditions had a positive and significant effect on strategies with path coefficients of 0.381 and 0.507, respectively; and strategies had a path coefficient of 0.517 on consequences. The results indicate that by using modern technologies such as blockchain, professional conduct monitoring in the supply chain can be carried out in a more desirable manner. | ||
