| با توجه به اهمیت مسائل مربوط به سلامت روان در بین دانشجویان و فراگیران پلیس، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین پدیدارشناختی عوامل موثر بر سلامت روان دانشجویان و فراگیران مجتمع آموزش عالی زنان پلیس انجام شد. این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف کاربردی، و به لحاظ ماهیت داده ها از نوع کیفی بود، که با روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. جامعه مشارکت کننده، دانشجویان و فراگیران مجتمع آموزشی زنان پلیس در سال 1402-1401 بودند. از بین آنان با استفاده از نمونه گیری هدفمند و داوطلبانه دانشجویان و فراگیرانی که نمره بالایی از پرسشنامه (scl-90) کسب کرده بودند، انتخاب شدند. پس از مصاحبه با 22 نفر پاسخ ها به اشباع رسید. اطلاعات با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه ساختیافته جمع آوری شد. جهت سنجش پایایی داده های کیفی، نه تنها به ضبط مصاحبه ها و پیاده کردن دقیق مصاحبه ها توجه شد، بلکه در طول مصاحبه مفاهیم دریافت شده به طور مداوم با خود پاسخگویان کنترل شد. تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها با استفاده از رویکرد تحلیل مضمون براون و کلارک ( 2006) انجام شد و دادهها جمعآوری، ثبت و سپس کدگذاری شد و حداکثر مقولهها و مضامین مشترک جمعآوری گردید. ا | ||

| Given the importance of mental health issues among police students and trainees, The present study aimed to phenomenologically explain the factors affecting the mental health of students and learners of the Police Women's Higher Education Complex. This research was applied in terms of its purpose and qualitative in terms of the nature of the data, and was conducted using thematic analysis. The participating population was students and learners of the Police Women's Training Complex in 1401-1402, from whom students and learners who had obtained a high score on the questionnaire (SCL-90) were selected using purposeful and voluntary sampling. After interviewing 22 people, the responses reached saturation. The data were collected using semi-structured interviews. In order to assess the reliability of qualitative data, attention was paid not only to recording the interviews and carefully transcribing them, but also to continuously checking the concepts received with the respondents themselves during the interviews. Data analysis was performed using the thematic analysis approach of Brown and Clark (2006). Data were collected, recorded, and then coded, and maximum common categories and themes were collected.
