| چکیده | ||
| طراحی چارچوب فرهنگی-آموزشی جامع توسعه و پایش کیفیت معلمان منطبق با اصول انقلابی از اهداف مهم سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پروش است. هدف از پژوهش طراحی چارچوب فرهنگی-آموزشی جامع توسعه و پایش کیفیت معلمان منطبق با اصول انقلابی از اهداف مهم سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پروش مبتنی بر اسناد بالا دستی بود. همچنین پژوهش با توجه به هدف کاربردی و از نظر نحوة گردآوری دادهها از نوع کیفی است. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها ، تحلیل محتوای اسناد بالا دستی (سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش منطبق بر اصول انقلابی، برنامه درسی ملی، نقشه جامع انقلاب علمی کشور و سند چشم انداز بیست ساله) جهت استخراج مؤلفهها بوده و به منظور حصول اطمینان از وجود روایی در چک لیست تحلیل محتوا از روش روایی صوری محتوایی و نظر متخصصان استفاده شد، منابع مورد نظر پژوهشگر از طریق روش کدگذاری در سه مرحله باز، محوری و انتخابی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافتهها شامل 67 نشان در کدگذاری باز و در کدگذاری محوری در قالب 4 مفهوم؛ جذب، تربیت معلم، حفظ و ارتقاء معلم و ارزیابی طبقهبندی شدند. نتایج حاکی از این موضوع است که به منظور افزایش کیفیت معلمان در نظام آموزش نیازمند طراحی چارچوبی جامع منطبق با اصول انقلابی در نظام تعلیم و تربیت هستیم که همه ارکان نظام تعلیم و تربیت معلم را مورد توجه قرار دهد. | ||

| Designing a comprehensive cultural-educational framework for the development and monitoring of teacher quality in accordance with revolutionary principles is one of the important goals of the Fundamental Transformation of Education and Training Document. The purpose of the research was to design a comprehensive cultural-educational framework for the development and monitoring of teacher quality in accordance with revolutionary principles, one of the important goals of the Fundamental Transformation of Education and Training Document. Also, the research is qualitative in terms of its applied purpose and the method of data collection. The data collection tool was content analysis of upstream documents (the Fundamental Transformation of Education and Training Document in accordance with revolutionary principles, the National Curriculum, the Comprehensive Map of the Country's Scientific Revolution, and the Twenty-Year Vision Document) to extract components, and in order to ensure the existence of validity in the content analysis checklist, the content-based validity method and the opinions of experts were used. The sources considered by the researcher were analyzed through the coding method in three stages: open, axial, and selective. The findings included 67 symbols in open coding and axial coding in the form of 4 concepts; Recruitment, teacher training, teacher retention and promotion, and evaluation were categorized. The results indicate that in order to increase the quality of teachers in the education system, we need to design a comprehensive framework in accordance with the revolutionary principles in the education system that takes into account all the pillars of the teacher education system. | ||
