| چکیده | ||
| هدف از این پژوهش، شناسایی و اولویتبندی فرایندهای مدیریت زنجیره تأمین تأثیرگذار بر مزیت رقابتی در شرکت داروسازی ثامن است. پژوهش حاضر یک تحقیق اکتشافی - توصیفی بوده و جامعه آماری آن شامل مدیران و کارشناسان شرکت داروسازی ثامن میشود. روش نمونهگیری تحقیق، روش نمونهگیری هدفمند بوده و حجم نمونه برابر با 15 نفر است. ابزار گردآوری دادههای تحقیق، پرسشنامه است که روایی آن با استفاده از شاخص روایی محتوایی و پایایی آن با استفاده از نرخ ناسازگاری تأیید شد. دادههای تحقیق با استفاده از روش فرایند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی و نرم افزار اکسپرت چویس تجزیهوتحلیل گردید. بر اساس نتایج بهدست آمده، 8 مزیت رقابتی مشتمل بر کاهش هزینه، جدید بودن، سرعت، تنوع، خدمات، دسترسی، کیفیت و برند و 11 فرایند مدیریت زنجیره تأمین شامل برنامهریزی، تأمین منابع، مدیریت تولید/ عملیات، مدیریت لجستیک، مدیریت بازگشتیها، توسعه و مدیریت محصولات، بازاریابی و فروش محصولات، مدیریت خدمات به مشتریان، مدیریت فناوری اطلاعات، مدیریت مالی و مدیریت منابع انسانی شناسایی گردید. بهعلاوه، نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که به ترتیب اولویت، کیفیت، برند و تنوع، مهمترین مزیتهای رقابتی و مدیریت مالی، مدیریت منابع انسانی و مدیریت تولید/ عملیات، تأثیرگذارترین فرایندهای مدیریت زنجیره تأمین بر رقابتپذیری شرکت داروسازی ثامن هستند. | ||

| The purpose of this research is to identify and prioritize supply chain management processes influencing competitive advantage in Samen Pharmaceutical Company. The present research is an exploratorydescriptive study and its statistical population includes managers and experts of Samen Pharmaceutical Company. The research sampling method is purposive and the sample size is 15 people. The research data collection instrument is a questionnaire, the validity and reliability of which were confirmed using the content validity index and the inconsistency rate, respectively. The research data was analyzed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process technique and Expert Choice software. Based on the results obtained, 8 competitive advantages including cost reduction, newness, speed, variety, service, accessibility, quality and brand and 11 supply chain management processes consist of planning, sourcing, production/operations management, logistics management, returns management, product development and management, product marketing and sales, customer service management, information technology management, financial management, and human resource management were identified. In addition, the results of the study indicated that in order of priority, quality, brand, and variety are the most important competitive advantages, and financial management, human resource management, and production/operations management are the most influential supply chain management processes on the competitiveness of Samen Pharmaceutical Company. | ||
