| چکیده | ||
| یکی از چالشهای اصلی که در زمینه عوامل زیان آور روانی وجود دارد و می تواند سلامتی نیروی انسانی را تحت تاثیر مخرب قرار دهد، بحث خودزنی و خودکشی است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش رتبه بندی عوامل برونسازمانی مؤثر بر خودکشی و خودزنی سربازان وظیفه می باشد. پژوهش از نوع تحلیلی و مقطعی است. جامعه آماری شامل فرماندهان، فرماندهان یگان قرارگاه، نیروی انسانی پایور، ایمنی و اقدامات تأمینی و سلامت و دفاع زیستی شاغل در یکی از رده های نظامی میباشند. حجم نمونه برابر با 86 نفر بوده که به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخابشدهاند.روایی گویههای پرسشنامه با روش CVI ارزیابی شد که بیشتر از 8/0 بدست آمد، همچنین پایایی پرسشنامه با روش آلفای کرونباخ 8/0 بوده که مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. دادهها از طریق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته به تعداد 24 سوال و با مولفه های فردی، خانوادگی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی-اجتماعی جمعآوری گردید و پایایی آن با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ 947/0 بدست آمد. با توجه به اینکه داده های جمع آوری شده از نوع ناپارامتریک بود، تجزیهوتحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون تی استیودنت در نرمافزار SPSS ورژن 24 انجام شد. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد در مولفه عوامل خانوادگی به ترتیب شاخص های طلاق والدین و سابقه خودکشی در خانواده، در مولفه عوامل فردی شاخص های بیماریهای روحی و روانی سرباز و تأثیرات دوستیهای نامتعارف سربازان با جنس مخالف، در مولفه اقتصادی مشکلات اقتصادی خانواده سربازان و بیکاری والدین سربازان بهویژه پدر خانواده از اولویت و اهمیت بالاتری برخوردار است. . | ||

| One of the main challenges in the field of psychologically harmful factors that can have a destructive effect on the health of human resources is the issue of self-harm and suicide. The main objective of this study is to rank the external factors affecting suicide and self-harm among conscripts. The study is analytical and cross-sectional. The statistical population includes commanders, headquarters unit commanders, active human resources, safety and security measures, and health and biological defense personnel working in one of the military ranks. The sample size was 86 people who were selected through purposive sampling. The validity of the questionnaire items was evaluated using the CVI method, which was more than 0.8, and the reliability of the questionnaire was 0.8 with Cronbach's alpha method, which was confirmed. Data were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire with 24 questions and with individual, family, economic, and socio-cultural components, and its reliability was obtained using Cronbach's alpha of 0.947. Given that the collected data was non-parametric, data analysis was performed using the Student's t-test in SPSS version 24 software. The findings of the study showed that in the family factors component, the indicators of parental divorce and a history of suicide in the family, in the individual factors component, the indicators of the soldier's mental illness and the effects of unconventional friendships of soldiers with the opposite sex, in the economic component, the economic problems of the soldier's family and the unemployment of the soldier's parents, especially the father of the family, and finally | ||
