| هدف این پژوهش؛ مدل ترویج ارزشهای اخلاقی در ورزش قهرمانی مبتنی بر فرهنگ ایرانی- اسلامی و همسو با چارچوب بینالمللی آن بود. روش تحقیق از نوع کیفی با رویکرد مضمون (کلارک و براون، 2006) انتخاب شد. مشارکت کنندگان پژوهش شامل صاحبنظران علمی (اساتید و پژوهشگران دانشگاهی) و صاحبنظران اجرایی (مدیران و کارشناسان خبره) آگاه و مسلط به موضوع پژوهش بودند. تعداد نمونه بر حسب رسیدن به اشباع نظری 19 نفر انتخاب گردید. نمونهگیری نیز به روش نظری (قضاوتی) و بر مبنای تخصص، تجربه و مسئولیت صاحبنظران انجام شد. ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه اکتشافی نیمه هدایت شده بود. روایی ابزار و نتایج پژوهش براساس مطلوب بودن شایستگی علمی و اجرایی مصاحبهشوندگان، تایید روایی محتوای چارچوب مصاحبه توسط پژوهشگران خبره و میزان توافق بین دو مصحح کدگذاری (72/0) ارزیابی و تایید گردید. جهت تحلیل یافتهها از روش کدگذاری مفهومی چهار مرحلهای با رویکرد تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد. چارچوب مفاهیم مستخرج شامل؛ 7 تم کلی، 17 مضمون اصلی، 55 مضمون فرعی و 214 کد مفهومی بود. براساس تجمیع و تعریف روابط نظری بین 7 تم کلی، 17 مضامین اصلی و 55 مضامین فرعی شبکه مضامین پژوهش به عنوان یک نقشه مفهومی به صورت شکل 1 ترسیم گردید. تمهای کلی به توالی روابط نظری شامل ظرفیتسازی نهادی برای ترویج ارزشهای ایرانی-اسلامی در ورزش قهرمانی، کارآمدسازی مدیریت فرهنگی و اخلاقی در سیستم ورزش، تطبیقپذیری چارچوب ارزشهای اخلاقی در ورزش قهرمانی، غنیسازی ارزشهای اخلاقی در ورزش قهرمانی، رفتارسازی اخلاقی در نقشهای فردی جامعه ورزش، توسعه ارزشهای اخلاقی ایرانی-اسلامی و پیامدهای ترویج ارزشهای اخلاقی ایرانی-اسلامی در ورزش قهرمانی است. براساس چارچوب مفهومی مستخرج، برای ترویج ارزشهای اخلاقی ایرانی- اسلامی- بینالمللی در ورزش قهرمانی نیازمند توجه به شرایط و عوامل مختلف و ایجاد یک سیستم جامع و چندسطحی از ابعاد بینالمللی تا فردی است. از این رو چارچوبهای علمی این پژوهش می تواند به درک بهتراین حوزه کمک نماید. | ||

| The aim of this research was to develop a model for promoting ethical values in elite sports based on Iranian-Islamic culture and in line with its international framework. The research method was qualitative with a thematic approach (Clarke & Braun, 2006). The research participants included scientific experts (university professors and researchers) and executive experts (managers and experienced professionals) who were knowledgeable and proficient in the research topic. The sample size was selected as 19 people based on reaching theoretical saturation. Sampling was also done by theoretical (judgmental) method and based on the expertise, experience and responsibility of the experts. The research tool was a semi-structured exploratory interview. The validity of the tool and the research results were evaluated and confirmed based on the desirability of the scientific and executive competence of the interviewees, the confirmation of the content validity of the interview framework by expert researchers, and the degree of agreement between the two coding correctors (0.72). To analyze the findings, a four-stage conceptual coding method with a thematic analysis approach was used. The extracted conceptual framework included 7 general themes, 17 main themes, 55 sub-themes, and 214 conceptual codes. Based on the integration and definition of theoretical relationships between the 7 general themes, 17 main themes, and 55 sub-themes, the research's network of themes was drawn as a conceptual map in Figure 1. The general themes in the sequence of theoretical relationships include institutional capacity building to promote Iranian-Islamic values in elite sports, streamlining cultural and ethical management in the sports system, adaptability of the ethical values framework in elite sports, enriching ethical values in elite sports, ethical behavior in individual roles in the sports community, developing Iranian-Islamic ethical values, and the consequences of promoting Iranian-Islamic ethical values in elite sports. | ||
