| این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش دیپلماسی عمومی مردمپایه در معرفی و بازنمایی ظرفیتهای تمدنی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در عرصه بینالملل انجام شده است. مسئله اصلی تحقیق آن است که در شرایطی که رسانههای جریان اصلی، عمدتاً تصویری کلیشهای و منفی از ایران ارائه میدهند، چگونه میتوان از طریق روایتهای مردمی، رسانههای نوین و کنشگری غیردولتی به بازتعریف چهره تمدن ایرانی- اسلامی در فضای بینالملل پرداخت. پژوهش حاضر با رویکردی میانرشتهای و در چارچوب مفاهیم دیپلماسی عمومی، قدرت نرم و رسانههای جایگزین، تلاش دارد چارچوبی نظری و مفهومی برای فهم پیوند ظرفیتهای تمدنی با روایتگری دیجیتال ارائه دهد. روش تحقیق بهکاررفته، مبتنی بر روش مطالعه اسنادی و کتابخانهای است که از طریق گردآوری دادههای موجود در منابع کتابخانهای و اسنادی شامل کتابها، مقالات علمی و گزارشهای معتبر صورت گرفته است. یافتهها نشان میدهد که تلفیق سرمایههای تمدنی با دیپلماسی عمومی مردمپایه و بهرهگیری از رسانههای نوین میتواند ابزاری کارآمد برای ارتقای وجهه بینالمللی ایران و تقویت قدرت نرم آن در رقابت روایتها باشد. | ||

| This study aims to examine the role of grassroots public diplomacy in introducing and representing the civilizational capacities of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the international arena. The central research question addresses how, in a context where mainstream media predominantly project stereotypical and negative images of Iran, grassroots narratives, new media, and non-state actors can contribute to redefining the image of the Iranian-Islamic civilization globally. Adopting an interdisciplinary approach within the frameworks of public diplomacy, soft power, and alternative media, the study seeks to provide a theoretical framework for linking civilizational capacities with digital storytelling. The research method is based on documentary and library studies, with data collected from books, scholarly articles, and reputable reports. The findings indicate that combining civilizational assets with grassroots public diplomacy and creatively utilizing new media can serve as an effective tool for enhancing Iran’s international image and strengthening its soft power in the competition of narratives. | ||
