| چکیده | ||
| شیوه ی فرزندپروری یکی از سازههای جهانی است که بیانگر روابط عاطفی و نحوهی ارتباط کلی والدین با فرزندان است و عامل مهمی برای رشد و یادگیری کودکان به شمار میآید. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر بهبود کیفیت زندگی بر مهارتهای ارتباطی و سبکهای فرزند پروری انجام شدهاست. این پژوهش نیمه تجربی، با طرح پیش آزمون– پس آزمون و پیگیری (دو ماهه) با گروه گواه ، 30 نفر از آزادگان شهرسنندج در سال 1398 صورت تصادفی انتخاب و به دو گروه آزمایش و گواه (هر گروه 15 نفر) تقسیم و جایگزین شدند .گروه آزمایش در هشت جلسه 80 دقیقهای تحت درمان قرار گرفتند در حالیکه گروه گواه هیچ مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. ابزارپژوهش، پرسشنامهی سبکهای فرزندپروری بامریند و پرسشنامهی مهارتهای ارتباطی بود تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها به کمک نرم افزار SPSS18و با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کواریانس انجام شد. در مرحله پس آزمون و پیگیری، میانگین گروه آزمایش با گروه گواه تفاوت معنی دار بود p<0/01. نشان دادکه درمان مبتنی برکیفیت زندگی باعث ارتقای سبک فرزندپروری اقتدار منطقی وسبک آزاد گذاری شده است ودر مرحله پیگیری نیز ثبات نتایج را نشان دادند و تفاوت معنیداری بین سبکهای فرزندپروری در دو گروه آزمایش و گروه گواه پس از مداخله وجود دارد. ولی در مقیاس های مهارتهای ارتباطی آزادگان تأثیری نداشته است.و بین دو گروه آزمایش و گروه گواه در پسآزمون و پیگیری تفاوت معنی داری وجود نداشت. می توان برای افزایش مهارت های سبک های فرزند پروری آزادگان از درمان مبتنی بر بهبود کیفیت زندگی استفاده نمود. | ||

| The parental method is one of the global structures that expresses the emotional and mode of communication between parents and children and is an important factor for the growth and learning of children. The present study aims to increase the effectiveness of treatment based on Quality of life has been done on communication skills and parenting styles. A semi experimental study with pre- test and post-test with control group and fallow-up session (after 2 months) was done among 30 person of slaves of war. This people randomly assigned into experimental and control group (each group 15 persons).The experimental group was treated in eight 80-minute sessions while the control group did not receive any intervention. The research tool was a parenting styles questionnaire and communication skills questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using SPSS18 software using a covariance analysis. In the post-test and follow-up stages, the mean of the experimental group was significantly different with the control group (p<0.01). Showed that quality of life-based therapy has been effective in promoting parenting styles (logical authority and relaxation), and has not been effective in post-test and follow-up tests in the open-label communication skills of the experimental group. There was a significant difference in parenting styles between the two experimental and control groups after the intervention, and there was no significant difference in Azadegan communication skills in post-test and follow-up. Therapeutic intervention based on improving the quality of life on parenting styles has been effective and has promoted and has had no effect on communication skills. Also, the follow up results showed the same results. | ||
