اثربخشی معنادرمانی گروهی بر چشم‌انداز زمانی و رضایت از زندگی همسران شهیدان

چکیده
هدف پژوهش اثربخشی معنادرمانی گروهی بر چشم‌انداز زمانی و رضایت از زندگی همسران شهیدان جنگ تحمیلی بود. طرح پژوهش نیمه تجربی و از نوع پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود.30 نفر از همسران شهیدان با روش در دسترس به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. مداخله‌ معنادرمانی طی ده جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای و یک بار در هفته برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه چشم‌انداز زمانی و مقیاس رضایت از زندگی و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد مداخله‌ مبتنی بر معنادرمانی گروهی به افزایش رضایت از زندگی و برخی از خرده مفیاسهای چشم‌انداز زمانی گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه کنترل منجر شد. معنادرمانی گروهی علاوه بر نقش مؤثر در افزایش رضایت از زندگی و چشم‌انداز زمانی همسران شهیدان تلویحات کاربردی مهمی برای متخصصان و درمانگران به‌منظور اهتمام ویژه به این نوع مداخله در مسیر کمک به آنها دارد.
