چکیده
هدف این مقاله بررسی تأثیر فناوری اطلاعات و مدیریت دانش بر چابکی زنجیره تأمین در دو شرکت البرز دارو و پخش البرز است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش با توجه به متغیرهای تحقیق، تمام کارکنان شرکت­های البرز دارو و پخش البرز می ­باشند که در مجموع تعداد آنها 426 نفر بود. حجم نمونه 205 نفر بوده که از طریق جدول مورگان به ­دست آمده و انتخاب افراد به روش تصادفی طبقه ­ای بوده است. لذا این تحقیق توصیفی - پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی می ­باشد. جهت جمع ­آوری داده ­ها، نیز از ابزار پرسش­نامه استفاده شد. روایی (محتوا، همگرا، واگرا) و پایایی (بار عاملی، ضریب پایایی مرکب، ضریب آلفای کرونباخ) پرسش‌نامه ‏ها حاکی از آن هستند که ابزارهای اندازه ‏گیری از روایی و پایایی خوبی برخوردار هستند. نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیات توسط نرم‏ افزار SMART-PLS و با استفاده از آماره آزمون t و ضرایب مسیر (β)، نشان داد که فناوری اطلاعات بر مدیریت دانش تأثیر قوی، مستقیم و معنی‌دار دارد، همچنین مدیریت دانش بر زنجیره تأمین چابک تأثیر مثبت، مستقیم و معنی‌داری دارد، از طرفی مدیریت دانش می ‏تواند نقش میانجی‏گری را در رابطه بین فناوری اطلاعات و زنجیره تأمین چابک ایفا نماید. در ضمن فناوری اطلاعات می‏ تواند به‏عنوان متغیر تعدیل­ کننده اثر مثبتی را که مدیریت دانش بر زنجیره تأمین چابک دارد را ارتقاء دهد.
