چکیده | ||
نظریه بازی با استفاده از مدلهای ریاضی به تحلیل روشهای همکاری یا رقابت موجودات منطقی و هوشمند میپردازد. نظریه بازی تلاش میکند تا رفتار ریاضی حاکم بر یک موقعیت تضارب منافع را مدلسازی کند. هدف نهایی این دانش، یافتن راهبرد بهینه برای بازیکنان است. یکی از جدیدترین ایدهها در کاربرد نظریه بازی درزمینهٔ هوش مصنوعی و یادگیری ماشین، شبکههای رقابتی مولد عمیق هستند. این شبکهها که از دو بخش تشکیل میشوند با استفاده از نظریه بازی و با رقابت با یکدیگر موجب میشوند امکان یادگیری بهصورت بدون نظارت و یا نیمه نظارتی فراهم گردد. از این شبکهها علاوه بر تولید داده، در شناسایی نرمافزارهای مخرب و امنیت نرمافزار، ترجمه ماشینی و پردازش زبان طبیعی و ساخت مدل سهبعدی از یک تصویر نیز استفاده میشود. اما این نوع مدلها به علت تعداد بالای تکرار و مؤلفههای ورودی، زمان آموزش بسیار طولانی دارند. در این مقاله در راستای حل مسئله زمان آموزش طولانی این شبکهها در موضوع ردهبندی مجموعه دادههای با ابعاد بالای نامتوازن، راهکاری ارائه میشود که ابتدا دادههای کم تعداد مربوط به کلاسهای مجموعه دادهها، مبتنی بر شبکه رقابتی مولد، بیشنمونهبرداری شده، سپس جهت بهبود کارایی شبکههای رقابتی مولد، موازیسازی شبکه مذکور انجامگرفته و با تمرکز بر افزایش کارایی، با ردهبندی تجمیعی نتایج حاصله در حالات مختلف مورد بررسی و ارزیابی قرار میگیرد. نتایج بهعملآمده روی ردهبندی مجموعه داده رتینوپاتی دیابتی با روش مذکور نشان داد با حفظ دقت ردهبندی 87%، زمان آموزش 74% کاهش مییابد که نتایج حاصله نسبت به آخرین پیشرفتهای علمی نیز دقت بالاتری را نشان می-دهد. | ||
