Abstract | ||
In the knowledge-based era, achieving sustainable competitve advantagesbyorganizations requires providing the prerequisites for members of organizations to be able to shar their knowledge effectively. The present study, was conducted with aim of meta-analysis of individualfactors affecting the sharing of organizational knowledge. The mechanism of the present study is a quantitative meta-analysis, in order to reach a general conclusion in this area. For the purpose, CMA2 software has been used. The purpose of this method, is to integrate of studies conducted in a specific field of research. Findings show that in 95% confidence level individual factors have a significant effect knowledge sharing from the individual and can explain up to 0/487 the changes in knowledge sharing. Heterogeneity test shows that there is heterogeneity between the studies. Also, the funnel diagram shows low standard error and relatively low bias. The expression in the distribution is regular, and the observed error is due to possible types of oblique.According to the research findings, among the individual factors affecting the sharing of organizational knowledge, self-awareness with 0/638, altruism 0/517, attitude 0/507 and focused behavior 0/609 they had the highest effect size and significant relationship with organizational knowledge sharing. | ||
