در شرایط شیوع ویروس کرونا و پیامدهای گوناگون اقتصادی آن بر کسبوکارهای نوپا، لزوم برقراری تعادل میان تغییرات بهوجودآمده و پاسخ به این نیازها بهمنظور ابقای کسبوکار و حفظ عملکرد مثبت آن اهمیت زیادی پیدا کرده است. یکی از مسیرهای تحقق چنین توازنی، بهکارگیری نوآوری و تغییر در مدل کسبوکار بهعنوان نقشه فعالیت تجاری کسبوکارها میباشد. مقاله حاضر بهمنظور کشف میزان و انواع تغییرات پیادهشده در اجزای نهگانه مدل کسبوکار در کسبوکارهای نوپا ناشی از شرایط متلاطم بهوجودآمده، در جامعه ایران پرداخته است. بدینمنظور از ابزار پرسشنامه جهت گردآوری دادهها از کسبوکارهای نوپای حوزههای مختلف استفاده شده و با محاسبه کرونباخ 0.844و دریافت تأیید خبرگانی لازم، اعتبار و روایی پرسشنامه احراز شد. پس از تحلیل دادهها و بررسیهای صورتگرفته ثابت شد غالب کسبوکارهای نوپا در صنایع گوناگون پیامدهای کرونا را در کسبوکار خود در پارهای مواقع مثبت و در پارهای دیگر منفی ارزیابی کردهاند، بدینترتیب الزاماً تأثیر مثبت یا اثرات منفی چشمگیری در عملکرد غالب جامعه هدف استنباط نشده است. همچنین میان کسبوکارهایی که اقدام به نوآوری و تغییر داشتهاند، عموماً نحوه تعامل با مشتریان و سپس بخش منابع انسانی بیشترین تغییر را داشته و استفاده از پلتفرمهای مجازی نیز بالاترین اقبال را ازسوی صاحبان کسبوکار به خود اختصاص داده است. | ||

In the outbreak of Coronavirus and its various economic consequences for startups, the need to make a balance among these changes, as well as responding to these needs in order to preserve the business and promote its positive performance have become very essential. One way to achieve such a balance is to inaugurate innovations and make changes in the business patterns of startups. This study is an attempt to discover the extent and types of changes posed in the nine components of the business patterns in Iranian startups caused by this critical conditions. Accordingly, a questionnaire was used to collect data from startups in various fields. By measuring Cronbach’s coefficient (0.844) and receiving the experts’ confirmations, the validity and reliability of the questionnaire was verified. Based on the analysis, the majority of startups in various industries evaluated the coronavirus impact on their business as positive in some situations and negative in others. As a result, significant positive or negative effects were not observed in the dominant performance of the target community. Furthermore, startups with innovation which improved their relationship with customers and their human resources, and employed virtual platforms, practiced the most change and reached to the highest success. | ||
