The basic themes extracted from the interviews in the form of a systematic model consisting of five organizing themes including the input of the young managers training system, the process in the young managers training system, the output of the young managers training system, a favorable environment for training managers and the system process monitoring method. Training managers were categorized. The results indicate that the model of training young managers, in accordance with the statement of the second step of the Islamic Revolution, requires the adoption of a systemic model consisting of dimensions that all these dimensions seem to be of particular importance. | ||
