چکیده | ||
From the past to the present, the role of governments in the progress and advancement of societies or their backwardness has always been discussed and disputed, especially in the last few decades, this issue has become more prominent and debates; Such as small government, entrepreneurial government, electronic government and efficient government have emerged as a dominant paradigm. The concept of "desired governance" has been increasingly used in development literature. The theory of optimal governance, which is defined by various features, including accountability, is considered a model for sustainable human development. Therefore, in this article, we seek to prove that whether accountability, which is considered as one of the components of desirable governance from the perspective of the international system, can be traced in religious texts and historical reports, directed to the way of governance in an explicit way? From this point of view, by examining the mentioned component in Alavi government, it was found that Imam Ali not only believed in good governance in theory, but in practice, they always considered themselves committed to it. | ||
