چکیده | ||
مقاومت در برابر نفوذ پرتابه با سرعتبالا یک نیاز کلیدی برای سازهها با کارایی پیشرفته است. در این پژوهش به بررسی رفتار تجربی کامپوزیت ساختهشده از پارچه اینگرا تحت ضربه با سرعتبالا خواهیم پرداخت. نمونهها به روش اینفیوژن خلأ با استفاده از پارچه اینگرا که یک پارچه بافتهشده از جنس الیاف پلیپروپیلن با مدول بالا میباشد بهعنوان تقویتکننده و اپوکسی بهعنوان ماتریس ساختهشده و تحت آزمایش ضربه با سرعتبالا توسط تفنگ گازی قرار میگیرند. در مقاله حاضر عملکرد بالستیکی کامپوزیتهای دو و چهارلایه تحت پرتابه با قطرهای مختلف 5 و 10 میلیمتر بررسیشده و تأثیر قطر پرتابه و سابوت موردمطالعه قرار میگیرد. آزمایشها برای کامپوزیت دو و چهار لایه در محدوده سرعت30 تا 160 متر بر ثانیه انجامشده است. همچنین سرعت پسماند پرتابه، سرعت حد بالستیک، مقدار جذب انرژی جهت سوراخ شدن کامپوزیت و میزان آسیب بررسیشده است. نتایج بهدستآمده عملکرد بالستیکی مناسب کامپوزیت اینگرا-اپوکسی در مقایسه با کامپوزیتی نظیر کولار- اپوکسی را نشان میدهد. حد بالستیک با استفاده از آزمایش تجربی کامپوزیت دو لایه با پرتابه مخروطی نوکتیز به قطر 10 میلیمتر 54 متر بر ثانیه و برای کامپوزیت چهار لایه با 52% افزایش برابر 82 متر بر ثانیه میباشد و میزان جذب انرژی برای کامپوزیت دولایه 33/27 ژول و کامپوزیت اینگرا اپوکسی چهار لایه با 78% افزایش 70/48 ژول میباشد. | ||
