چکیده | ||
در حال حاضر روش مقیاسسازی شناختهشده جهت تحلیل رفتار مکانیکی سلول که فراهمکننده آزمایشهای مقیاس شده و قابلاجرا در کاربردهای عملی سامانههای رسانش دارویی توسط نانوذرات باشد وجود ندارد. در این مقاله برای اولین بار بر اساس نظریه جدید تشابه محدود، طراحی چارچوب مقیاس شده جهت تحلیل رفتار فروروی غشای گلبول قرمز در مواجهه بار ضربهای از طریق تعیین آزمایشهای تجربی و نسبت دادن نمونهها در مقیاس ابعادی متفاوت و با معادلات ساختاری هایپرالاستیک متفاوت مانند لاستیکها ارائه و بسط دادهشده است. نرمافزار المان محدود آباکوس جهت سنجش کارایی نظریه تشابه محدود به کار گرفتهشده است. تطابق نتایج شبیهسازی بارگذاری ضربهای نشان میدهد که رفتار غشای گلبول قرمز با نسبت دادن رابطه ساختاری یئو، با دقت خوب قابل پیشبینی است. از بین 8 ماده آزمایشی انتخابی، میتوان بهترین نمونه آزمایشی برای مقیاس کردن گلبول با خطای زیر 5 درصد را نمونه 7 با رابطه ساختاری مونیریولین برگزید. همچنین با فرض پذیرش خطای کمتر از 10 درصد در نتایج، نمونه 2 با رابطه ساختاری یئو نیز انتخاب مناسب برای مقیاس کردن گلبول میباشد. با دقت در نتایج و میزان خطا، نامناسبترین نمونه برای مقیاس کردن گلبول، نمونه 8 با رابطه ساختاری اگدن میباشد. | ||
