چکیده | ||
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش واسطهگری سرمایههای روانشناختی در ارتباط میان جو سازمانی و بهزیستی روانشناختی بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی و طرح همبستگی و تحلیل معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را تمامی کارکنان جانباز و ایثارگر شهر شیراز در سال 1401-1402 تشکیل دادند که از این میان تعداد 200 نفر به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای پرسشنامههای بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف، جو سازمانی هاپلین و کرافت و سرمایههای روانشناختی لوتانز و همکاران استفاده شد. برای بررسی پایایی از آلفای کرانباخ استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روشهای ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. یافتهها: یافتهها بیانگر تأثیر مستقیم سرمایههای روانشناختی بر بهزیستی روانشناختی بود. همچنین یافتهها بیانگر تأثیر مستقیم و غیرمستقیم جو سازمانی بر بهزیستی روانشناختی بود. نتیجهگیری: به طور کلی میتوان نتیجه گرفت که سرمایههای روانشناختی متغیری مهم در بررسی رابطه جو سازمانی و بهزیستی روانشناختی است | ||

The purpose of this research was to investigate the mediating role of psychological capital in the relationship between organizational climate and psychological well-being. Method: The current research was descriptive research and correlation design and structural equation analysis. The statistical population of the research was made up of all the veteran and self-sacrificing employees of Shiraz city in 1401-1402, out of which 200 people were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method. In order to collect data, Riff's psychological well-being questionnaires, Hoplin's and Kraft's organizational climate questionnaires, and Lutans et al.'s psychological capital questionnaires were used. Cronbach's alpha was used to check reliability. Pearson's correlation coefficient and structural equation analysis methods were used to analyze the data. Findings: The findings showed the direct effect of psychological capital on psychological well-being. Also, the findings showed the direct and indirect effect of organizational climate on psychological well-being. Conclusion: In general, it can be concluded that psychological capital is an important variable in examining the relationship between organizational climate and psychological well-being. | ||
