| چکیده | ||
| در سپهر اندیشه سیاسی حضرت آیت الله خامنه ای، «تحقق تمدن اسلامی» از مهمترین اهداف انقلاب اسلامی می باشد. ایشان برای تحقق این هدف مهم انقلاب اسلامی، «تشکیل نظام اسلامی، «تشکیل دولت اسلامی» و «تشکیل جامعه‌ی اسلامی» را از الزامات تحقق «تمدن اسلامی» می دانند. با عنایت به تحولات دنیا و تغییر در نظم کنونی جهان، این سوال مطرح می شود که شاخصه ها و الزامات دولت اسلامی در نظم نوین جهانی بر اساس اندیشه امام خامنه ای (مدظله‌العالی) کدام اند؟در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون، تلاش شد تا شاخصه ها و الزامات دولت اسلامی در نظم نوین جهانی بر اساس اندیشه امام خامنه ای (مدظله‌العالی) مورد کنکاش قرار گیرد. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که مضمون فراگیر شاخصه ها و الزامات دولت اسلامی در نظم نوین جهانی در اندیشه ایشان شامل 14 مضمون سازمان دهنده است. پس از احصاء شاخصه ها و الزامات دولت اسلامی در نظم نوین جهانی بر اساس اندیشه امام خامنه ای (مدظله‌العالی) به منظور تعیین اولویت، یافته ها با استفاده از آزمون فریدمن در محیط نرم افزار SPSS مورد رتبه بندی قرار گرفت. در نهایت مشخص گردید که مقاومت و استقامت دینی با میانگین رتبه 67/4 در رتبه اول اولویت و اهتمام به ساخت ایران قوی با میانگین رتبه 32/4 در رتبه دوم اولویت شاخصه ها و الزامات دولت اسلامی در نظم نوین جهانی بر اساس اندیشه امام خامنه ای (مدظله‌العالی) می باشند. | ||

| In the sphere of political thought of Ayatollah Khamenei, "realizing Islamic civilization" is one of the most important goals of the Islamic Revolution. In order to realize this important goal of the Islamic Revolution, he considers "establishing an Islamic system," "establishing an Islamic state," and "establishing an Islamic society" to be essential for realizing "Islamic civilization."Considering the developments in the world and the changes in the current world order, the question arises: What are the characteristics and requirements of the Islamic state in the new world order based on the thought of Imam Khamenei (may Allah have mercy on him)? In this research, using the content analysis method, an attempt was made to explore the characteristics and requirements of the Islamic state in the new world order based on the thought of Imam Khamenei (may Allah have mercy on him).The findings show that the overarching theme of the characteristics and requirements of the Islamic state in the new world order in his thought includes 14 organizing themes. After enumerating the characteristics and requirements of the Islamic state in the new world order based on the thought of Imam Khamenei (may Allah have mercy on him) in order to determine priority, the findings were ranked using the Friedman test in the SPSS software environment.Finally, it was determined that religious resistance and perseverance, with an average rank of 4.67, ranked first, and efforts to build a strong Iran, with an average rank of 4.32, ranked second, are the characteristics and requirements of the Islamic state in the new world order based on the thought of Imam Khamenei (may Allah have mercy on him). | ||
