A Study of General Qassem Soleimani's Communication Patterns: A Practical Solution to the Defeat of American plan in Middle East | ||

| The martyrdom of General Qassem Soleimani took place at the beginning of the second step of the Islamic Revolution. His mission was to convey the principles and concepts of the revolution to humanity (the target community). For this purpose, General Qassem Soleimani, in addition to using traditional diplomacy, used communication models (public diplomacy) and its various methods (political, cultural, economic and etc). Hence, he succeeded in communicating with the people and public opinion. While inviting public opinion to Islam and spreading peace and friendship between different Muslim and non-Muslim nations, General Soleimani provided the grounds for the expansion and consolidation of Islamic civilization in the world, especially in the Middle East. How was General Qassem Soleimani able to use the existing capacities of the Islamic world to use this method of diplomacy? This question is the main question of this research. It seems that General Qassem Soleimani, in the course of his mission, a combination of communication and propaganda-media patterns such as the political method (negotiating with the people, elites and representatives), the cultural-propaganda method (sending missionaries ...), the legal method It has used the conclusion of political treaties and agreements. This model can be considered as a model for the development of the rule of political rulers in Islamic civilization. In this regard, in the first part of the present study, the definition of public diplomacy, the course of developments and the methods of its application will be examined. In the second part, the forms and foundations of communication and propaganda-media models in Islamic civilization during the command of General Qassem Soleimani over the Quds Force of Iran are analyzed and evaluated. Methodology: This article intends to discover the ideas of General Qassem Soleimani through the statements of the elders of the Resistance Front, relying on the methodology of content analysis.The method of collecting information is interviewing people close to General Soleimani in the Resistance Front. 33 people close to General Soleimani were interviewed. The results were analyzed based on the methodology of reflexive thematic analysis. According to the results, the four communication models of the general are individual-human, individual-divine, social-human and social-divine. | ||

| استُشهد الجنرال قاسم سليماني في بداية المرحلة الثانية من الثورة الإسلامية. كانت مهمته نقل مبادئ الثورة ومفاهيمها إلى البشرية (المجتمع المستهدف). ولهذا الغرض، استخدم الجنرال قاسم سليماني، بالإضافة إلى استخدام الدبلوماسية التقليدية، نماذج الاتصال (الدبلوماسية العامة) وأساليبها المختلفة (السياسية والثقافية والاقتصادية وغيرها). ومن ثم، نجح في التواصل مع الشعب والرأي العام. وبينما كان يدعو الرأي العام إلى الإسلام وينشر السلام والصداقة بين مختلف الدول الإسلامية وغير الإسلامية، وفر الجنرال سليماني الأساس لتوسيع وتوطيد الحضارة الإسلامية في العالم، وخاصة في الشرق الأوسط. كيف تمكن الجنرال قاسم سليماني من استخدام القدرات الموجودة في العالم الإسلامي لاستخدام هذا الأسلوب من الدبلوماسية؟ هذا السؤال هو السؤال الرئيسي لهذا البحث. يبدو أن الجنرال قاسم سليماني، في سياق مهمته، مزيج من أنماط الاتصال والدعاية الإعلامية مثل الطريقة السياسية (التفاوض مع الشعب والنخب والممثلين)، والطريقة الثقافية الدعائية (إرسال المبشرين ...)، والطريقة القانونية لقد استخدم إبرام المعاهدات والاتفاقيات السياسية. يمكن اعتبار هذا النموذج نموذجًا لتطور حكم الحكام السياسيين في الحضارة الإسلامية. في هذا الصدد، سيتم في الجزء الأول من هذه الدراسة، دراسة تعريف الدبلوماسية العامة ومسار التطورات وطرق تطبيقها. في الجزء الثاني، يتم تحليل وتقييم أشكال وأسس نماذج الاتصال والدعاية الإعلامية في الحضارة الإسلامية أثناء قيادة الجنرال قاسم سليماني لقوة القدس الإيرانية. المنهجية: تهدف هذه المقالة إلى اكتشاف أفكار الجنرال قاسم سليماني من خلال تصريحات شيوخ جبهة المقاومة، بالاعتماد على منهجية تحليل المحتوى. طريقة جمع المعلومات هي إجراء مقابلات مع الأشخاص المقربين من الجنرال سليماني في جبهة المقاومة. أُجريت مقابلات مع 33 شخصًا مقرّبًا من الجنرال سليماني. وحُللت النتائج بناءً على منهجية التحليل الموضوعي الانعكاسي. ووفقًا للنتائج، فإن نماذج التواصل الأربعة للجنرال هي: الفرد-الإنسان، والفرد-الإلهي، والاجتماعي-الإنساني، والاجتماعي-الإلهي. | ||
