| چکیده | ||
| The unity of the Islamic Ummah is of paramount importance, as after Allah Almighty, the strength and dignity of Muslims depend on it. For this reason, the Holy Quran and the noble Prophetic Hadiths have commanded and urged it. The unity of Muslims is a legitimate objective that the pure Sharia is greatly concerned with. This research attempts to clarify this objective and articulate it theoretically and practically. The Guardianship of the Jurist (Wilayat al-Faqih) is a concept derived from the political approach of Islam and has a rational principle. The Hadiths of the Shiite Imams also command this principle. In this article, an attempt is made to explain the position of the idea of the Guardianship of the Jurist (Wilayat al-Faqih) as a unifying element in Islamic countries. | ||

| فإن وحدة الأمة الإسلامية من الأهمية بمكان؛ إذ عليها تتوقف بعد الله سبحانه وتعالى قوة المسلمين وعزتهم، ومن أجل ذلك جاءت الآيات القرآنية الكريمة و الأحاديث النبوية الشريفة بالأمر بها، والحض عليها، فوحدة المسلمين مقصد شرعي حرصت عليه الشريعة الغراء حرصاً شديداً، وهذا البحث يحاول توضيح ذلك المقصد وتجليته نظريا وتطبيقيًّا. ولاية الفقيه مفهوم مشتق من منهج الإسلام السياسي ، ولها مبدأ عقلاني. كما أن الأحاديث الأئمة الشيعة أمر بذلك. في هذا المقال ، جرت محاولة لشرح موقف فکرة ولاية الفقيه كعنصر وحدة، في البلاد الإسلامية. | ||
