| چکیده | ||
| در یک دهه اخیر نظام بین‌الملل وارد دوران گذار ژئوپلیتیک جدیدی شده است که یکی از مهم‌ترین ویژگی‌های آن شبکه‌ای شدن روابط قدرت است. این پژوهش با روش تحلیل کیفی تغییر پارادایم هندسه و ساختار قدرت از قطب‌های قدرت به شبکه‌های قدرت را برای نظم پیش روی جدید موردبررسی و تحلیل قرار داده است. یافته پژوهش نشان می‌دهد، ساختار نظم جدید جهانی آینده ضمن خارج شدن از روابط خطی بین قدرت‌ها و پیچیده و چندبعدی شدن آن، بر اساس شبکه‌های به‌هم‌پیوسته قدرت خواهد بود که در آن قدرت‌های مرکزی مناطق در زمینه‌های مختلف (اقتصادی، امنیتی، تکنولوژیک و...) به‌عنوان هابِ شبکه‌ی منطقه‌ای نقش اصلی را در روابط قدرت ایفا می‌کنند و آن‌ها نیز در سطح کلانتری به ابر شبکه (ابرهاب) های جهانی متصل خواهند بود. بر این اساس، نظام بین‌الملل شامل تعداد بی‌شماری از پیوندهای به‌هم‌پیوسته و متقاطع است که باهم در قالب شبکه‌های مختلف قدرت تحولات جهانی را شکل می‌دهند. بر اساس منطق شبکه‌های قدرت، جایگاه کشورها در ساختار نظام بین‌الملل در مرحله توزیع قدرت، نه به‌صورت سنتی و خطی بلکه بر اساس میزان و تعیین‌کنندگی آن‌ها در شبکه‌های مختلف قدرت تعیین می‌شود. با توجه به اینکه خود بازیگران در شبکه‌ها سازمان‌دهی شده‌اند، شبکه‌های جهانی از طریق برنامه‌نویسی و سوئیچینگ بر روی سایر شبکه‌ها اعمال قدرت می‌کنند و بر همین اساس الگوی رقابت و همکاری در نظم شبکه‌ای شکل می‌گیرد. | ||

| In the last decade, the international system has entered a new geopolitical transition, one of the most important features of which is the networking of power relations. This research, using qualitative analysis, has examined and analyzed the paradigm shift in the geometry and structure of power from power poles to power networks for the new order ahead.The research findings show that the structure of the new world order of the future, while moving away from linear relations between powers and becoming complex and multidimensional, will be based on interconnected networks of power in which central powers of the regions in various fields (economic, security, technological, etc.) play a major role in power relations as the hub of the regional network.According to the logic of power networks, the position of countries in the structure of the international system at the stage of power distribution is determined not in a traditional and linear manner but based on their level and determinants in different power networks. Given that the actors themselves are organized in networks, global networks exert power on other networks through programming and switching, and on this basis, a pattern of competition and cooperation is formed in the network order. | ||
