چکیده
امروزه در اقتصاد جهانی، رقابت شدید سازمان­ها منجر به شکل­گیری شرایط عدم­ اطمینان و ریسک­های متعدد ناشی از آن شده است.      مهم­ترین این ریسک­ها، حوادث طبیعی و غیرطبیعی و پیامدهای ناشی از آن است. هدف زنجیره تأمین تاب­آور، بازیابی وضعیت عادی سازمان در حداقل زمان ممکن و کاهش آثار زیان­بار حوادث، در صورت وقوع می­باشد. با این هدف، پژوهش حاضر، با یک رویکرد نوآورانه به عوامل پدافند غیرعامل در کنار عوامل تاب­آوری سازمان، به شناسایی و رتبه­بندی عوامل تاب­آوری زنجیره تأمین در برابر بلایا و حوادث طبیعی و غیرطبیعی پرداخته است. در این راستا با بررسی عمیق ادبیات موضوع و مطالعه موردی شرکت ایران­ خودرو و با استفاده از اصول پدافند غیرعامل، عوامل تاب­آوری این زنجیره، شناسایی و مبتنی بر فرآیند تحلیل شبکه­ای (ANP) به بررسی روابط علی پرداخته­شده و در نهایت رتبه­بندی نهایی عوامل موثر براساس مدلی شبکه­ای شامل 3 هدف فرعی در 5 بعد زنجیره تأمین یعنی طراحی، خرید، تولید، حمل و نقل، انبارداری و فروش و 6 گزینه راهبردی حاصل شده است. براساس یافته­های تحقیق، اهداف یک زنجیره تامین تاب­آور به ترتیب عبارتند از: کاهش احتمال توقف تولید، افزایش مدت زمان تحمل اختلال و افزایش سرعت بازگشت به سطح تولید قابل قبول. همچنین، اهم گزینه­های راه­بردی برپایه اصول پدافند غیر­عامل به ترتیب شامل: چابک­­سازی، اشتراک­گذاری ریسک، واکنش سریع، همکاری و برون­سپاری،       اشتراک­گذاری اطلاعات، استفاده از ظرفیت­های IT و نهایتاَ ذخیره استراتژیک می­باشند. بنابراین، پدافند غیرعامل می­تواند روشی موثر و    صلح­آمیز برای حفاظت از زنجیره تامین در برابر انواع تهدیدها باشد.
