چکیده | ||
در این پژوهش، فیلم های زیست تخریب پذیر بر پایه نشاستهبه عنوان بسته بندی زیست تخریب پذیر به روش قالب گیری محلول ساخته شد.اثر افزودن نانو ذرّات دیاکسید تیتانیوم (در سه سطح 1، 3 و 5 درصد) روی فیلمهای تهیه شده از بیوپلیمر نشاسته مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. ویژگی های سطحی، خواص فیزیکی، نفوذپذیری به بخار آب، خواص مکانیکی و ویژگی های ریز ساختار نمونه ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد افزودن نانو ذرّات دیاکسید تیتانیوم، خواص وابسته به آب (نفوذپذیری به بخار آب، حلالیت و جذب آب) فیلم نشاسته را کاهش می دهد. نانو ذرّات دیاکسید تیتانیوم باعث کاهش مقاومت کششی و افزایش کششپذیری فیلم ها می شوند. مشاهدات میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی نشان داد که اکثر خواص فیزیکی فیلم ها در ارتباط با ریزساختار آنها میباشد. | ||
