Abstract
The performance of the organization and financial planning in the changing environment of today's era is one of the most important strategies of wise managers to save the organization from future financial problems. Because, lack of sufficient financial resources will bring many problems and losses to the organization. Therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of analyzing and evaluating the organizational performance of National Iranian Oil Company, exploration management through the effectiveness of financial management measures of the organization. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this research is all the employees of National Iranian Oil Company, exploration management, numbering 500 people. The sample size was determined based on Morgan's table and using a non-random method available to 227 people. The tool of data collection in this research is the standard questionnaire of Otto et al. (2024), which was used to verify the reliability of the questionnaire from Cronbach's alpha, and for the validity of the questionnaire, confirmatory factor analysis was used. In addition, divergent validity was also confirmed, data analysis was done by structural equation method and using smart pls software. Based on the obtained results, the hypotheses of the research were confirmed and it was found that all the variables of financial management measures have a significant impact on the performance of the organization and increasing the financial resources of the organization
