چکیده | ||
این پژوهش با هدف تعیین، وزندهی و سنجش شایستگیهای حرفهای موردنیاز برای جذب منابع انسانی در شرکت معدنی و صنعتی گلگهر انجام شد. براساس تحلیل محتوای برنامهها و مستندات خارجی و داخلی، هشت شایستگی شامل: دانش و تخصص فنی، استدلال و حل مسئله، اخلاق و مسئولیت حرفهای، کارتیمی، برقراری ارتباط، رهبری، خلاقیت و نوآوری و دیدگاه سیستمی تعیین شد. این شایستگیها بهغیراز دانش و تخصص فنی، طبق روش تاپسیس فازی در قالب نیمرخهای شغلی، وزندهی و رتبهبندی شدند. وضعیت شایستگیهای حرفهای 535 داوطلب استخدامی در شرکت گلگهر براساس آزمونی که بههمینمنظور تهیه شده بود، سنجیده شد. باتوجهبه نمرۀ هر داوطلب در شایستگیهای موردنظر و وزن بهدستآمده برای هر کدام از شایستگیهای حرفهای در نیمرخ شغلی مرتبط، امتیاز نهایی داوطلب در شغل موردآزمون مشخص شد و سپس داوطلبان یک شغل براساس امتیاز کسبشده، رتبهبندی شدند. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش میتواند بهعنوان اقدامی مؤثر برای بهینهسازی فرایند جذب منابع انسانی در سازمانها و شرکتها مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. | ||
